The home features a comfortable living room with smart TV, a full dining room with seating area, full kitchen, arcade and game room and well appointed bedrooms. Not only that, but you will be sure to enjoy our outdoor space, featuring paver patio, dining set, 6 person hot tub and fire pit. Our driveway can comfortably accommodate up to 4-5 vehicles.
Other Details to Note
The sod is freshly installed. Please treat it gently. We'll be watering it daily with sprinklers to ensure it thrives. Thank you! Wood is not provided for the fire pit please stop by the local grocery store or gas station to buy firewood. The home entrance is up a walkway that has a slight incline and isn't perfectly smooth. This walkway may be a challenge for those with accessibility concerns, however once in the home, the primary living space and bedrooms are on one floor, barring one room on the split level first floor/basement. The laundry is also located in the basement. Please keep in mind, that the bedroom fireplace is not for guest use.

This home is not in a very walkable area, so we recommend getting around with your car or using the local ride share services (Uber and Lyft do service Syracuse). If you are an avid bike rider, keep in mind that this home is located on a large hill on a pretty busy road.
