Good to know
Book today to enjoy our cozy three bedroom with one and half bathrooms. Two rooms have comfortable queen beds and the third room has a full over full bunk bed (can sleep four). The bedrooms and bathrooms are all upstairs. You will enter through the blue door on the three seasons porch. Self check in with our smart lock which leads into the comfortable living room. The space is bright and welcoming. To the left of the front door is the stairwell that lead you to the comfortable rooms and both bathrooms. Two rooms with pillow top queen mattresses, room three has full over full bunks with plush memory foam mattresses. The queen bedrooms have a small window AC unit. There is no AC in the bunk room. Just past the living room is a high-top dining table. The dining room and kitchen are open concept, so you can hangout while you cook and gather. The kitchen is fully updated, with new stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, drip coffee maker and a toaster. The beds are outfitted with comfortable California Den 400 count cotton thread sheets. Each room has a dresser as well, so you can unpack for the longer stays. Room One has a full length stand up mirror. Room three has a full over full bunk with two plush full sized memory foam mattresses. Please be aware that the top bunk may only be appropriate for a child or smaller person. The top bunk is not designed for adults over 200lbs. The home has a private back yard with a fire pit. Please message me if you plan to use the fire pit. We can provide some wood and kindling for $20. Keep in the mind your dog(s) need to be supervised in the backyard, as the fence is not tall. The indoor fireplace can not be used. We have provided ambient battery powered candles for your enjoyment. Through the kitchen is the stairwell to basement, where you will find the laundry machines near the base of the stairs.

This home is on a hill and has lots of steps to climb to enter the home. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. The full over full bunk bed is not recommended for adults over 200lbs. It is designed for children or smaller adults. Please note: One queen room and the full over full bunk room have window AC units. We welcome special events depending on the nature of the event and the number of people. An additional fee will apply. Please contact us for further information.
